New Years Ave - Ponce De Leon - Cafe Alma

On New Years Eve, Erin and I had a room, along with our friend's Randy and Sanaa, at the Ponce De Leon Hotel, http://www.poncedeleonhotel.com/, which has been a famous landmark in downtown St Pete for years. When we arrived, parking was scarce so Randy and I left our ladies at the hotel, while we parked the cars. When we returned to the hotel, Erin and I were told by the old man when you check in, that the key to our room was broken, so he'll let us in and out of our room whenever we needed him too. Erin wasn't too fond of that idea, especially since it was New Years Eve.

After celebrating with some champagne that Randy brought to the room, he made a phone call to Andrew, who owns St. Pete Green Taxi, for a ride to Cafe Alma, http://www.cafealma.com/, where we had dinner reservations. After a great dinner, that included martinis and fiery drinks for the ladies, we headed back to our room, before going to Local 662.
