On Tuesday morning my friend, Donnie, posted that the Seabird Sanctuary, http://www.seabirdsanctuary.com/, is having a pelican release where up to 100 pelicans are being set free back into the wild between 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. I told Grandma about this and we headed over around 11:30 to watch the event.
Afterwards, we had a nice lunch together at the Conch Republic, http://www.conchrepublicgrill.com/.
