Rush at the Tampa Amphitheater

After lunch at Gators, Erin and I headed back to my house to get ready for a long night ahead of us as we were going to see Rush, http://www.rush.com/, at the amphitheater in Tampa. For me, I was the veteran of the group, as having seen Rush every time they toured for the last 25 years. This was going to be a classic show, the Time Machine Tour, as they were going to be performing for the first time ever, the entire Moving Pictures album.

Everyone was meeting over at Randy's house in Tampa for the pre-party, with Dave, Diane, Scott, and Kimberly joining us. We headed to the amphitheater around 7-ish, to be sure to get there in time for the 7:30 start time. It was a great show, with the first set consisting of a best of, then the second set opened up with the Moving Pictures album. Near the end of the show, I even ran into our old friend, Linda, who we knew from the hockey games at the St Pete Times Forum.
