Aaron Lewis at Ruth Eckerd Hall

On Tuesday night, Erin and I went to see Aaron Lewis, the lead singer of Staind, http://www.myspace.com/staind, at Ruth Eckerd Hall, http://www.rutheckerdhall.net/.  

While I was growing up, Staind used to play the local bars, around Springfield, MA.,  on the weekends and I used to see them out quite frequently.  It's good to see a band that you knew growing up make it big. 

Lily, Luci, and Dilyn's Birthdays

On Sunday, Jan. 4th, we celebrated Lily, Luci, and Dilyn's birthdays.  The twins, Lily and Luci, birthdays are actually on New Years Eve and Dilyn's is about a week later.  Both of the birthday parties were held in different parks, so we went from one park to the next to attend both parties.

Dad's Birthday

On Sunday, December 28th, a day before his actual birthday, we celebrated Dad's birthday at my house.  December 29th is also my parents wedding anniversary too.  My Mom made stuffed shells, I made the homemade sauce, and we had garlic bread for dinner.  I also ordered a Carvel ice cream cake for his birthday.  

Lani was still here from Colorado and she was my Dad's little buddy that day, as she followed him around the house all day calling, 'Pete . . . Pete.'  They also played hide-and-seek chasing each other around the house and danced in the living room during Momma Mia.  

 

Christmas Day 2008

Christmas Day the family got together over Uncle Frank and Auntie Nancy's house.  We had homemade lasagne, which my Mom made, and turkey on the grill for Christmas dinner.
