On Christmas Eve, Erin and I headed down to my father's house where the family was getting together to celebrate Christmas Eve. Shortly after we arrived, DJ, Chris, and their family's walked in the door.
After everyone was together, we sat down to have our traditional pierogies for Christmas Eve dinner. We had cabbage, cheese, and this year we also had blueberry.
After we ate and cleaned up, everyone gathered in the living room as Dennis and I passed out out the Christmas gifts to the family.
After the gifts, Richie called from Italy to wish everyone a Merry Christmas. After the phone was passed around so everyone had a chance to say, 'Hi,' Richie asked me if I had Skype on my phone for video conferencing. Unfortunately, I don't have Skype set up, but I do have Tango, I told him. He then downloaded Tango, and we had our phones going doing video conferencing so the family could see him, and he could see the family. Olivia loved it, and even kissed the phone repeatedly when she saw her Daddy.
Near the end of the night, DJ was playing '1, 2, 3' with Olivia throwing her up in the air. She loved and had a smile going from ear to ear as she flew.
