Juliet's Balcony in Verona, Italy

While in Verona, Italy, one of the places that we wanted to see was Juliet's balcony, as it was not too far from our hotel.  Upon arrival, the place was packed with people all set out to go up there to see it and experience it.

While in Verona, Italy, one of the attractions that I was looking forward to seeing was the Arena di Verona, https://www.arena.it/, where a week earlier Andrea Bocelli was performing at.  Unfortunately, we did not see any shows there this time, but just to see the size of it, and to know that in Roman ages it was used for many types of entertainment.

After seeing the Arco dei Gavi, I saw the Castelvecchio Bridge, which dates  back to 1354, which goes over the Adige River.

Restaurant Il Desco in Verona, Italy

After our wine tours concluded, Carlo recommended us to a nice dinner at Restaurant Il Desco, https://www.ristoranteildesco.it/.  After wandering through the streets of Verona, we finally arrived at our destination.  We didn't have reservations, but they welcomed us in where we were immediately seated.  Upon entering, we definitely felt under dressed a bit.  From the wine, to our main course, everything was spectacular though.

Pietro Zardini winery

Our next stop was a tour of the Pietro Zardini winery, http://pietrozardini.it/.  Simon showed us around, and went over how they made the wine.  He also brought us down into the cellar where he showed us the uniquely crafted vats that they use for wine making.  After telling us about them a bit, we even tried some wine directly from one of the vats.
